Synopsis
At Playa Chica, every generation of Tarifa comes together; and across the water: Africa. Fishermen, nightclubs, tourists and surfers. And a question emerges: is what we are seeing real, or part of the (already fading) Mediterranean dream of sensuality and freedom? One thing is certain: giant tuna were already being pulled from these shores two thousand years ago.
